UpCloud is on a growth trajectory, and we’re on the hunt for a Customer Engagement Specialist to join our Growth team.
This role gives you the opportunity to handle thousands of existing customers and tens of thousands of leads via innovative sales and marketing automation. You will own the customer and lead communication, continuously finding ways to excite our customers to increase loyalty, happiness and ultimately driving revenue growth.


What you will be doing:
  • Develop and implement effective customer engagement email campaigns to drive customer happiness and loyalty, lead nurturing and revenue growth

  • Utilize various marketing tools (ex. Salesforce, Pardot, Intercom) and tactics

  • Analyze customer behaviour and feedback to refine email campaigns and strategies continuously

  • Collaborate closely within the sales- and marketing teams to align objectives and ensure a cohesive customer journey

  • Innovating and implementing new tactics to keep our customers engaged, excited and informed about UpCloud’s services

Job requirements

What we expect from you:
  • Proven experience in customer engagement (lead nurturing, marketing automation, upsell and cross-sell, retention) role, preferably within SaaS, eCommerce or tech industry

  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with a tech-savvy audience

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analysis techniques

  • Creativity and innovation in developing and executing engagement strategies


Your background:
  • A passion for technology and a basic understanding of cloud services
  • Experience from a business model that lives and breathes MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue)
  • An analytical mind, capable of making data-driven decisions to improve customer experience and retention.


Compensation

We offer a competitive base salary of 32,000€ - 38,000€ per year, complemented by a performance-based bonus, with a total potential compensation of up to 50,000€ annually.
