Upcloud is looking for a Junior Sales Specialist - Nordics to join our global Sales team in our Helsinki office. You’ll be joining a team responsible for UpCloud’s customer acquisition efforts and new revenue growth. Your role will be to perform B2B sales to acquire new businesses for UpCloud in the Nordic region.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning the full sales cycle: Day-to-day targeting, soliciting, and closing of new business customers through programmatic outbound prospecting, social selling, and inbound leads. On the largest of deals, you will be supported by our tenured Account Executives.

  • Ensuring excellent sales hygiene by managing sales leads and key decision-maker interactions in our CRM (HubSpot)

  • Proactively learning about UpCloud’s expanding service portfolio, competitive offering, and cloud industry trends.

Job requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in tech sales or business development, bonus for experience working with cloud or SaaS products on a hunter role
  • M.Sc degree (or equivalent) in Business, Tech or other relevant field

  • Fluency in English and Finnish with a preference for fluency in Swedish

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
