UpCloud is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to join our global team in our Helsinki office or remotely in Europe. In your role you would contribute to driving business growth through strategic partnerships. Your Mission:
Achieve Repeatable Success: Implement systematic approaches to ABM and partner marketing, continuously improving and refining strategies.
Amplify Brand Awareness: Reach new audiences and expand into new markets and segments.
Boost Partner Retention: Cultivate strong brand advocates and loyal partnerships.
Increase Market Share: Diversify partner types to capture a larger slice of the market.
Drive Conversions: Leverage authentic relationships to skyrocket sales.
Your Challenges:
- Creating the UpCloud World: Engaging and interesting content
Developing engaging content catered to attract new partners
Work with other teams on creating bold social media content to improve brand awareness
Helping our partners with collaterals to attract new customers
Working with partners on co-branded content and case studies
- Data-driven approach
Analyse data and use market insights to build marketing and co-marketing campaigns
Using relevant marketing and sales tools and platforms to make data-driven decisions and improvements
- Pulling Partners and their customers into the UpCloud World
Developing and implementing an integrative and buyer-intent-driven ABM strategy
Work with the sales team on social selling tactics
Collaborate with partners on impactful ABM tactics
Support Sales with an integrative ABM strategy throughout the entire buying and partner journey.
- Driving co-marketing initiatives with partners
Engage proactively with partners to increase visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with specified strategic partners to build shared marketing plans and projects.
Develop events and offline marketing strategies together with partners
- Internal collaboration
Ensure a close collaboration with product and sales teams and the wider marketing team.
Job requirements
Your Skills & Experience:
5+ years of marketing experience, and a proven track record in previous marketing roles, major plus if you have experience in channel or partner marketing
Experienced and versatile in developing a tailored and integrative ABM strategy.
Conceptually understanding of buyer-intent-data and how to use it for an ABM strategy.
Experience in developing impactful marketing campaigns with channel partners.
Deep understanding of market research, partner insights, and data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and techniques.
Cloud industry experience is a major plus.
