UpCloud is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to play a crucial role in enhancing our commercial efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness by leveraging Salesforce capabilities. In this role, you get to work closely with the Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to analyze data, implement solutions, and initiate process improvements to optimize collaboration between the teams and drive revenue growth. You will be tracking our KPIs of sales operations and make recommendations for improvements if necessary.
You will be the in-house Salesforce expert responsible for system maintenance, customization, and optimization as well as designing and implementing Salesforce solutions to improve sales processes, reporting, and analytics.
In essence, we expect you to have experience and interest in the following areas:
Proven expertise in Salesforce administration, customization, and reporting.
Experience as a Revenue Operations Manager or in a similar role.
Knowledge of the Sales Tech landscape and how to integrate it with Salesforce
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of sales methodologies, CRM best practices, and business process optimization.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst)
